EX Squared is looking for a Pharmacy Business Analyst to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for analyzing pharmacy business processes and translating them into clear functional requirements for technical teams.

What You'll Do

Analyze and document pharmacy business workflows, data flows, and user stories
Elicit and translate business requirements from stakeholders into clear technical specifications
Conduct gap analyses between existing systems and desired future state
Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
Support testing and validation of system changes against business requirements

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in pharmacy, healthcare, or pharmacy benefit management (PBM) environments
Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, data, and common systems
Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating detailed documentation
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative environment
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
