Veeva Systems is hiring a Managed Services Consultant focused on CRM to help our customers get maximum value from their Veeva solutions. You will be a trusted advisor, providing strategic and technical expertise to ensure successful implementations and ongoing system optimization.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert consultation and managed services for Veeva CRM implementations
- Analyze customer business processes and requirements to recommend optimal solutions
- Configure and customize CRM systems to meet specific client needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues
- Build strong customer relationships and serve as a primary point of contact
- Deliver training and create documentation to support user adoption
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience implementing and supporting CRM systems, ideally in a consulting or managed services role
- Strong functional understanding of CRM processes in regulated industries (life sciences preferred)
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
