PolicyMe is seeking a Home & Auto Insurance Advisor to join our team. This role is dedicated to customer success, helping clients navigate their insurance needs. You'll provide expert guidance to ensure they secure the right coverage for their homes and vehicles.
What You'll Do
- Advise customers on Home and Auto insurance policies, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
- Manage the full customer lifecycle, from initial quote generation to policy issuance and ongoing support.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
