RainFocus is looking for an Associate Solution Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be a key part of the client-facing delivery process, helping to configure and implement our comprehensive event marketing platform based on defined requirements.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand and document business requirements
- Configure and test the RainFocus platform to meet client specifications
- Support the solution design process for new implementations and feature rollouts
- Develop a deep understanding of the RainFocus product suite and its capabilities
- Create and maintain clear documentation for client configurations and processes
