Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense medications and advise patients on correct usage, side effects, and possible drug interactions
- Handle pharmacy inventory tasks such as procurement, receipt, and storage of pharmaceuticals and supplies
- Ensure pharmacy and storage spaces are well-organized and kept clean
- Follow all applicable pharmaceutical laws and safety protocols, including local rules in Hyderabad
- Work with medical professionals to improve patients' medication plans
- Lead and train pharmacy team members in correct procedures and service standards
- Keep precise records of prescriptions, stock levels, and financial activity
- Establish and oversee quality assurance measures for storing and managing medications
- Deliver high-quality service and respond to patient questions or issues
- Stay informed about new drugs, industry developments, and advancements in pharmacy operations
