CVS Health is looking for a Pharmacist - Full Time to deliver patient care and lead pharmacy operations. What You'll Do
- Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
- Manage all aspects of the pharmacy, including Patient Safety, Professional Practice, Regulatory Requirements, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, and Workflow Management.
- Oversee Personnel Management, Inventory Management, Financial Profitability, and Loss Prevention.
- Keep customers and patients healthy through the adoption and management of patient care programs.
- Display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Motivate, inspire, and develop Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments.
- Identify critical business opportunities and contribute to solutions that drive growth and improve performance.
- Successfully implement solutions by leading the team to achieve specified goals.
- Adapt to change and adjust plans in a dynamic community healthcare setting.
- Seek new ways to grow, collaborate, and deliver better outcomes.

What We're Looking For
- Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
Team & Environment
You will support the Pharmacy Manager and lead Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, reporting directly to the Pharmacy Manager.
