SafeHerb (a part of HUB International) was looking for a Personal Lines Inside Sales Producer

HUB International is looking for a Personal Lines Inside Sales Producer to drive sales with individual clients in a remote capacity. You'll handle a high volume of warm, vetted leads through inbound calls and focus on building lasting customer relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Handle lead volume primarily through inbound calls (no cold calling).
  • Follow communication scripts, prompts, and call flows when handling different topics.
  • Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.
  • Identify customer's needs and clarify information.
  • Seize the opportunity to transfer calls immediately or schedule appointments, where applicable.
  • Build sustainable relationships by interacting in a professional and caring manner.
  • Keep records of all conversations in the call center database comprehensively.
  • Meet personal, team, and site call transfer targets.

What We're Looking For

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • 1+ year experience in sales or customer service.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills and basic software packages.
  • Intermediate to expert computer acumen.
  • Acts decisively and demonstrates good judgment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and decision-making skills.

Nice to Have

  • Some college a plus.
