Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from initiation through trial, including preparation for trial proceedings
- Prepare and submit legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery materials, and legal memoranda
- Conduct and participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, court hearings, and trials
- Collaborate with expert witnesses to develop reports, affidavits, and support for trial testimony
- Provide ongoing client guidance and communication throughout the litigation process
- Handle a range of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, negligent security claims, wrongful death cases, dog bite injuries, and related claims
