Responsibilities
- Manage active litigation cases from initiation through resolution
- Prepare and submit legal documents such as complaints, discovery materials, responses, motions, and supporting memoranda
- Support injured clients by guiding them through each phase of their legal claims
- Coordinate with expert witnesses, including organizing consultations and preparing expert disclosures and sworn statements
- Prepare for and attend depositions, settlement conferences, mediation sessions, and court proceedings
