SRG Global Mining Services is looking for a Personal Care Worker to enrich lives through daily care and companionship within our unique Better Together® social model of ageing well. You'll work in smaller, household-style living environments focused on building genuine relationships and providing personalized care.
What You'll Do
- Support residents with daily care and companionship
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and your team
- Keep everyone safe by following health and safety guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week across Monday to Friday
- A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Ageing, or a completed first year of Nursing
- Current NDISWC or willingness to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and willing to obtain the 2026 Influenza vaccination
- Full working rights, sorry no visa sponsorship available
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation from $35.72 per hour + super
