About the Role

RemoteVA PH is hiring a Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to a company director. This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a demanding environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the director's diary, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle all correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and office organization.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Assist with project management tasks, including tracking project progress and deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the director and other team members as needed.
  • Conduct research and compile information for various projects.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Quick thinking and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges.
