Skinnify was looking for a Personal Assistant for Ecommerce Brand Founder

Skinnify is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the founder of our fast-growing e-commerce brand. You will help manage the demands of a scaling startup, allowing the founder to stay organized and focused on driving the business forward.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the founder's calendar, emails, travel bookings, and daily priorities
  • Coordinate with teams across marketing, operations, product, and suppliers
  • Support project management, research, and task follow-ups
  • Help the founder stay organized and focused to scale the business faster
  • Handle admin tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and quick to anticipate needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable working remotely

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting founders or senior leaders

Team & Environment

You will be part of a team of 11-50 employees and report directly to the Founder.
