Skinnify is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the founder of our fast-growing e-commerce brand. You will help manage the demands of a scaling startup, allowing the founder to stay organized and focused on driving the business forward.
What You'll Do
- Manage the founder's calendar, emails, travel bookings, and daily priorities
- Coordinate with teams across marketing, operations, product, and suppliers
- Support project management, research, and task follow-ups
- Help the founder stay organized and focused to scale the business faster
- Handle admin tasks

- Detail-oriented, reliable, and quick to anticipate needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable working remotely

- Experience supporting founders or senior leaders
Team & Environment
You will be part of a team of 11-50 employees and report directly to the Founder.
