Responsibilities
- Manage and grow customer relationships in the field of peripheral vascular and endovascular interventions, focusing on procedural support and clinical value
- Identify new business opportunities and execute territory growth strategies across hospitals and interventional centers
- Support physicians during endovascular PV procedures (OR / cath lab setting) by providing in-depth product knowledge and guidance
- Deliver hands-on product training and education for interventional use
- Serve as key contact for all peripheral vascular intervention (PVI) related inquiries
- Monitor customer stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability
- Document territory activities and progress in the CRM system, and provide regular performance updates
- Attend industry events, workshops, and meetings focused on endovascular / interventional vascular therapies
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in peripheral vascular / endovascular intervention sales with strong interventional (cath lab / OR) exposure
- Background in interventional cardiology, interventional radiology, or vascular surgery, ideally with hands-on cath lab / OR procedural experience
- Experience in supporting physicians during minimally invasive endovascular procedures in a sales-driven, interventional medical device environment
- Strong understanding of endovascular treatment pathways (e.g. PV interventions, access, closure, embolization, stenting, etc.)
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships with interventional physicians and OR / cath lab teams
- High learning agility and clinical curiosity in fast-evolving endovascular therapies
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
