About the Role
The selected candidate will assist in managing key aspects of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system rollout, supporting timelines, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of ERP implementation milestones
- Track project deliverables and monitor progress against schedules
- Assist in organizing and documenting meeting agendas and minutes
- Coordinate communication between technical teams and business units
- Maintain project management databases and update status reports
- Gather and validate requirements from functional departments
- Help prepare presentations for leadership reviews
- Identify potential risks and escalate with supporting details
- Ensure compliance with established project governance standards
- Participate in testing coordination and user acceptance activities
- Support change management initiatives across departments
- Compile metrics for performance tracking and reporting
- Assist in resolving dependencies between workstreams
- Facilitate onboarding for new team members
- Contribute to process improvement recommendations
- Maintain version control for project documentation
- Schedule and support cross-functional working sessions
- Verify data integrity during system migration phases
- Log and track action items from steering committee meetings
- Support training material development and distribution
- Coordinate with external consultants and vendors
- Ensure alignment between technical configurations and business needs
- Assist in budget tracking and resource planning tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project information
- Follow established communication protocols across teams
