Havas Play Ltd is hiring a Performance Trader for a temporary project. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital media campaigns, ensuring investment efficiency and goal attainment while supporting the team for a defined period.

What You'll Do

Plan and execute performance campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, and TikTok Ads.
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly budgets, ensuring efficient use of investment.
Implement bidding strategies focused on conversions, CPA, ROAS, and other key KPIs.
Perform constant data-based optimizations for targeting, creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding.
Monitor results in real time and make adjustments to maximize performance.
Generate performance reports and present actionable insights to the team and clients.
Configure conversion events, tracking, and tagging using tools like Google Tag Manager and Meta Events Manager in coordination with the data team.
Ensure best practices for tracking, measurement, and traffic quality.
Coordinate with creative, data, and strategy teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated on trends, new tools, and changes in advertising platforms.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience managing performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Knowledge of performance metrics, conversion funnels, and attribution models.
Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking platforms.
Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Analytical capability, results-oriented thinking, and data-driven decision-making.

Nice to Have

Experience with other platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, or Programmatic.
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and concepts of Conversion Rate Optimization.
