Job Description
Xplor is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to help drive pipeline, revenue, and customer growth through data-informed digital marketing programs. This role will support the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid and performance-oriented campaigns across multiple channels, helping Xplor connect with the right audiences and deliver measurable business impact.
The Performance Marketing Specialist will support multiple product brands across industries including golf and club, fitness, and/or recreation. This is an ideal role for a marketer who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on campaign execution, understands how to translate business goals into measurable performance outcomes, and thrives in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.
Reporting into the Web/CEO/SEM Director, this role partners closely with vertical marketing demand gen managers, product managers, creative, and other cross-functional stakeholders to build and optimize programs that generate awareness, demand, and qualified pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and other digital channels
Support campaign planning by translating business goals into channel tactics, targeting strategies, testing plans, and performance benchmarks
Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, budget pacing, asset coordination, and quality assurance
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and return on investment
Partner with vertical teams to develop and test messaging, offers, landing pages, ad creative, and calls to action that improve campaign performance
Work closely with RevOps to support campaign tracking, attribution, lead flow, and reporting accuracy
Build and maintain reports and dashboards that help communicate campaign performance and insights to marketing stakeholders
Support full-funnel optimization by evaluating performance across inquiries, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue contribution
Conduct ongoing A/B testing across audiences, creative, copy, bidding strategies, landing pages, and conversion paths
Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, reduce waste, and scale high-performing programs
Stay current on channel best practices, platform changes, privacy shifts, and emerging trends in digital acquisition and demand generation
Use AI-enabled marketing tools responsibly to improve workflow efficiency, accelerate analysis, support campaign ideation, and enhance optimization efforts, while applying strong human judgment, data rigor, and brand standards

Required qualifications for this role:
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, or paid media, preferably in a B2B SaaS, technology, agency, or multi-brand environment
Hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns across one or more major platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, or display and retargeting platforms
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data, funnel metrics, attribution reporting, and performance insights
Experience optimizing campaigns against business outcomes such as leads, pipeline, customer acquisition, or return on ad spend
Understanding of conversion strategy, audience targeting, landing page optimization, and testing methodologies
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
Self-starter with good judgment, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Preferred Skills and Tools
Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms
Google Analytics and/or other web analytics tools
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools
Familiarity with attribution, lead lifecycle reporting, and campaign tracking frameworks
Experience working with landing page platforms, CMS tools, or website testing tools
Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
Familiarity with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms
Experience using AI-supported tools for analysis, campaign support, content ideation, testing acceleration, or workflow efficiency
Understanding of responsible AI use in marketing, including data quality, prompt discipline, output validation, privacy considerations, and brand consistency

This role has a base salary range of $55,000 -$75,000 USD,
Location: This is a 100% remote position available to candidates located in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
