Whizz is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation in the US market. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns across key advertising platforms, while leveraging AI tools to rapidly produce and test creative concepts and landing pages.
What You'll Do
- Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max), Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney to generate advertising offers, video scripts, and visual concepts.
- Assemble and refine high-converting landing pages using builders such as Lovable and Webflow.
- Create simple graphic materials and static banners in Figma, Canva, or using AI for hypothesis testing.
- Continuously run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and offers to find ways to reduce cost per lead (CPA).
- Work with GA4 and an internal CRM to track funnel performance from click to bike rental conversion.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience launching and managing performance campaigns on Google, Meta, and/or TikTok platforms.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to generate and iterate on ad copy, scripts, and visual concepts.
- Ability to build and optimize landing pages with a focus on conversion rate optimization.
- Experience creating and testing ad creatives and banners for digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and using data to optimize CPA.
- Familiarity with GA4 for tracking campaign performance and funnel analysis.
