Lead the performance marketing strategy for a fast-moving digital brand targeting the US audience. You'll own end-to-end paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, focusing on scalable lead generation and efficient cost per acquisition.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns using Google Ads (Search and Performance Max), Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Use AI-powered tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney to generate compelling ad creatives, video scripts, and visual concepts
- Build and refine high-conversion landing pages using no-code platforms such as Lovable and Webflow
- Design static banners and simple graphics using Figma, Canva, or AI-driven workflows
- Run structured A/B tests on ad copy, visuals, targeting, and offers to continuously improve CPA
- Track and analyze user journeys from click to conversion using GA4 and internal CRM data
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok platforms
- Hands-on skill with AI tools for content ideation and creative asset generation
- Experience building and optimizing landing pages for conversion
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Figma and Canva
- Strong track record in A/B testing and performance analysis using GA4 and CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to reduce cost per lead through data-informed optimizations
- Ability to work remotely on a schedule aligned with New York City time (EST)
