Whizz is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to own lead generation for our products in the US market. In this remote role, you will launch and optimize ad campaigns across key platforms and leverage AI tools for fast-paced content and landing page creation.
What You'll Do
- Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max), Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney to generate advertising offers, video scripts, and visual concepts.
- Assemble and refine high-converting landing pages using builders such as Lovable and Webflow.
- Create simple graphic materials and static banners in Figma, Canva, or with AI for hypothesis testing.
- Continuously run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and offers to find ways to reduce cost per lead (CPA).
- Work with GA4 and our internal CRM to track funnel performance from click to conversion.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience managing paid traffic to Western markets (experience with the US is a plus).
- Active use of AI tools for writing texts, creating images, and analyzing data.
- Ability to independently create a high-quality landing page and produce neat banner graphics.
- A data-driven approach, making decisions based on metrics like CTR, CR, CAC, and ROMI, and understanding their impact on company profit.
- English Level B1+ (Intermediate and above) – fluent written communication and an understanding of courier slang and the US market.
- Ability to work at a startup's pace and quickly switch between tasks.
