Whizz is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to own lead generation in the US market. You will launch and optimize ad campaigns across key platforms and use AI tools to rapidly integrate content into landing pages and creatives.
What You'll Do
- Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max), Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney to generate advertising offers, video scripts, and visual concepts.
- Assemble and refine landing pages using builders like Lovable or Webflow with a focus on high conversion.
- Create simple graphic materials and static banners in Figma or Canva for hypothesis testing.
- Continuously run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and offers to find ways to reduce cost per lead.
- Work with GA4 and internal CRM systems to track funnel performance from click to bike rental.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience managing paid traffic for Western markets, with the US being a strong plus.
- Active, hands-on use of AI tools for writing texts, creating images, and analyzing data.
- Ability to independently create a high-converting landing page and neat banner materials.
- Make decisions based on data metrics like CTR, CR, CAC, and ROMI and understand their impact on company profit.
- English Level B1+ (Intermediate and above) with fluent written communication and an understanding of US market courier slang.
- Ability to work at a startup's rapid pace and quickly switch between tasks.
