Sigma Marketing LLC is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Ads) to create, manage, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns for our crypto casino platforms. You will be a results-driven specialist scaling traffic profitably within a global, performance-driven team.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Facebook (with cloaking), TikTok, and native ad networks.
- Develop and execute strategies to scale traffic profitably while staying within KPI targets like CPA, ROI, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion rates.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and allocate spend to the most profitable campaigns.
- Utilize tracker tools for performance monitoring and optimization.
- Collaborate with design teams to create compelling ad creatives tailored to different networks and audiences.
- Ensure compliance with ad platform rules and implement cloaking solutions where necessary.
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and identify growth opportunities.
- Research and test new traffic sources, ad formats, and tools to maintain a competitive edge.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing within iGaming, crypto, or similar high-ROI industries.
- Proven success managing campaigns on Google, Facebook, TikTok, and native ad networks.
- Hands-on experience with tracker tools like Voluum, Binom, or Keitaro and traffic analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of A/B testing and funnel optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for casino and crypto advertising.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with affiliate marketing or partnership programs.
- Familiarity with landing page builders like ClickFunnels or Unbounce.
- Understanding of automation tools for campaign optimization.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with cloaking tools and experience running US traffic campaigns.
