The Performance Marketing Manager will own and scale paid acquisition channels to drive qualified pipeline for Constructor's AI-powered search and discovery platform. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in a B2B enterprise environment and can turn paid media budgets into measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display networks, content syndication, and sponsorship placements.
- Manage and allocate paid media budgets to maximize pipeline contribution and ROI across all channels.
- Collaborate with demand generation and sales to ensure paid campaigns align with global campaigns, pipeline goals and lead-to-opportunity conversion targets.
- Build and test audience segments, ad creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies through continuous A/B experimentation.
- Partner with content, graphic design and product marketing to develop compelling ad copy, assets, and sponsored content that resonates with ecommerce decision-makers.
- Own reporting dashboards and provide regular performance readouts with clear insights and actionable optimization recommendations.
- Stay current on platform updates, privacy regulations, and B2B paid media trends to maintain a competitive edge.
