MassMedia Marketing, Advertising, PR is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead execution and optimization across our internal marketing engine and select client campaigns. You’ll be a hands-on marketer translating strategy into action, owning channel performance, and driving brand consistency and impact across digital touchpoints.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute MassMedia's internal performance marketing strategy, ensuring brand consistency and growth across all channels.
- Manage and optimize website performance, email marketing, paid media, CRM campaigns, and digital funnels to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Execute performance-driven marketing initiatives for select client accounts in collaboration with paid media, creative, PR, and strategy teams.
- Plan and support agency events, sponsorships, and community activations with clear goals, tracking, and ROI.
- Develop high-impact presentations, case studies, and thought-leadership assets that clearly communicate MassMedia's value and results.
- Partner with leadership on brand campaigns, award submissions, PR initiatives, and market positioning.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and workflows across internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using data and insights to continuously optimize campaigns and improve outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Must live in Arizona or Texas.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4–6 years of marketing experience.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Comfortable holding people accountable and driving teams to performance.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM/marketing automation platforms and project-management tools.
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of brand and visual storytelling.
- Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and growth mindset.

- Compensation: $70,000 -$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
