Remote Talent LATAM is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and manage paid media initiatives for a portfolio of client accounts. You will own the full lifecycle of campaigns, from strategy to execution and optimization, serving as the primary client contact and ensuring marketing efforts align with business goals.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of 3–5 client accounts as the main strategist and point of contact.
- Develop and execute multi-channel paid media strategies aligned with client growth goals.
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement through testing and data analysis.
- Lead client meetings, campaign reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Translate campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to assign tasks, review execution, and ensure campaign efficiency.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and identify root causes.
- Continuously optimize targeting, messaging, creative assets, and landing pages.
- Maintain organized reporting and ensure performance aligns with client objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and leading performance discussions.
- Experience managing campaigns with significant monthly ad spend (approximately $100K+ budgets).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive optimization decisions.
- Experience with conversion tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager or Segment.
- Ability to work independently and manage accounts autonomously after onboarding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Experience mentoring or collaborating with junior paid media specialists.
