IRON Media GmbH is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d). In this fully remote role, you will manage six-figure advertising budgets for major e-commerce brands, driving customer success through data-driven testing and creative collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Manage six-figure advertising budgets for clients like The Oodie, Kinobody, and More Money More Love
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign performance
- Work closely with the creative team to develop first-class advertisements
- Unfold your creativity and potential
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in performance marketing
- Experience in the e-commerce sector
- Specialization in Meta (Facebook) advertising
- Experience managing six-figure monthly advertising budgets
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing
- Proficiency in the German language
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working at an agency
