Divinely HQ GmbH is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own Meta Ads media buying and scale our clients’ brands to significant revenue levels. You’ll manage the full performance cycle for assigned brands in a young, ambitious environment with flat hierarchies.
What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of client performance and run tailored Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for individual client ‘North Star’ metrics.
- Develop hypotheses and testing processes to improve ad creative performance and share results.
- Act as the main point of contact for the brands you manage.
- Handle campaign analysis, create reports, and identify optimization potential on and off advertising platforms.
- Cleverly use artificial intelligence to break down complex tasks and find solution approaches.
What We're Looking For
- A track record of managing Paid Social campaigns.
- An open, communicative, and friendly approach to client support.
- Work processes based on an analytical approach paired with strong technical understanding and an affinity for numbers.
- An ‘AI-first approach’ with prompting skills, using AI as a central driver for your workflows.
- Proactive, regular self-education on the latest trends in Social Paid Ads.
- Motivation to make a significant contribution to the growth of a young company and help build a team.
