WinTech is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager specialized in Facebook Ads to be the driver behind our user acquisition growth. What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional daily performance by managing large-scale Facebook campaigns with a relentless focus on ROI optimization and profitability maximization.
• Conduct in-depth daily analysis of all traffic data to uncover insights others miss.
• Build your own analytical models and translate complex data into winning optimization strategies.
• Launch, test, and aggressively scale ad campaigns while optimizing structures, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation to consistently improve ROAS.
• Develop comprehensive acquisition strategies aligned with aggressive growth targets and identify untapped scaling opportunities.
• Conduct thorough competitor and market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with our in-house creative team to develop and test high-converting ad creatives based on performance insights.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years managing Facebook Ads campaigns with a demonstrated ability to scale budgets profitably and achieve exceptional ROI performance.
• Expert in launching, testing, and aggressively scaling high-budget Facebook campaigns ($200K+ monthly spend) with consistent profitability.
• Advanced analytical skills with Excel proficiency and the ability to build custom analysis models.
• Proven track record of diving deep into performance data to uncover insights and translate them into winning optimizations.
• Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities with a history of turning underperforming campaigns into profitable growth engines.
• Self-driven individual who thrives under pressure and consistently exceeds targets in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
• Demonstrated hunger for continuous learning, scaling challenges, and building something big.

• Experience with subscription-based products or recurring revenue models.
