OnBuy is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead all cross-channel acquisition efforts across European markets for our mature, high-performing online marketplace. You will take ownership of the full funnel, from audience identification and channel activation to analyzing post-landing behavior and resolving friction points. This is a hands-on, strategic role blending performance marketing with commercial insight, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Own performance for multiple EU accounts on Google/Bing Ads, achieving GMV and contribution targets for each country.
- Manage budget pacing, campaign structures, bid and audience strategies.
- Continually optimize paid activity to drive efficiency, unlock new opportunities, and drive incremental growth.
- Complete high-standard performance reports offering insights and actions.
- Employ a consistent test and learn approach for any new implementations across channels.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends/changes and understand their impact on performance.
- Work closely with Google Ads Account Managers to constantly develop and add value to paid activity.
- Work with internal stakeholders (Analytics, Developers, Leadership Team) to understand business requirements and work in an agile manner.
- Identify and implement strategies to automate tasks and workflows.
What We're Looking For
