System2 Technologies Corp. is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale the paid advertising program for our Avida platform. You will run paid campaigns on behalf of fitness coaches, managing dozens of individual ad accounts while optimizing a shared playbook. Reporting to the VP of Sales/Growth, you will have direct impact on coach revenue, platform growth, and company-level metrics.
What You'll Do
- Manage and scale paid ad campaigns across Meta for a growing portfolio of fitness coaches, each with their own ad account, audiences, and content style.
- Onboard new coaches into paid ads, assessing readiness, building initial campaigns, and guiding them through the first 90 days.
- Optimize campaign performance daily and weekly by monitoring CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates; test new creatives, audiences, and placements.
- Develop and refine the paid ads playbook, documenting best practices for the fitness coaching vertical.
- Collaborate with coaches and Coach Account Managers on content strategy, advising on high-performing content types and maintaining a bank of top creatives.
- Report on performance and communicate value by building dashboards and delivering regular updates on ROAS, CAC, and overall wins.
- Manage the Ads Kickstarter Program, overseeing the subsidized onboarding and tracking program ROI.
- Own tracking and attribution infrastructure, partnering with engineering to maintain Meta Pixel and Conversions API integrations across Webflow landing pages.
- Own forecasting and financial planning, building models projecting leads, wins, CAC, and ROAS aligned with company targets.
- Scale the program from the current cohort to significantly more coaches while maintaining performance benchmarks.
- Explore and test new channels beyond Meta, such as Google, TikTok, YouTube, email, and text marketing.
- Leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency in campaign management, reporting, and creative testing.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads management experience with proven results.
- A track record of managing $30k+ monthly ad spend profitably, ideally across multiple accounts or clients.
- Deep understanding of direct-response advertising metrics like CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion funnels.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable pulling data, building dashboards, and making decisions based on attribution.
- Excellent communication skills to explain paid media performance to non-marketer coaches and to leadership.
- Experience working with content creators or managing ad creative pipelines for sourcing, testing, and iteration.
- A self-starter who can set objectives, plan, execute, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the fitness, wellness, health, or creator/influencer space.
- Familiarity with fitness coaching business models, especially lead generation through to client acquisition.
- Experience managing paid campaigns for personal brands or individual creators.
