The Opportunity We're seeking a Performance Marketing Lead specializing in Visual Performance Channels to drive growth across desktop and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will manage a compact yet impactful team of channel specialists while maintaining hands-on involvement in strategic development, execution guidance, and continuous performance optimization. The role demands a professional who can balance strategic leadership with tactical execution, focusing on expanding customer acquisition through data-driven creative testing, mobile app expansion, and comprehensive incrementality testing.
