What You'll Do
Take ownership of mobile user acquisition, designing and executing marketing strategies that deliver sustained growth in users and revenue. You’ll set the direction for performance campaigns across key digital channels, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
Lead a team of marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and scaling talent to match the evolving needs of a global user base.
Collaborate closely with product, design, analytics, and engineering teams to refine app experiences based on user behavior and campaign performance. Your input will help shape product improvements that increase engagement and retention.
Manage marketing budgets across established and emerging markets, prioritizing spend based on ROI and growth potential. You’ll also guide global expansion efforts, adapting strategies to regional dynamics while maintaining brand consistency.
Design and launch high-performing campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, and TikTok, leveraging insights from tools such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, and App Annie to continuously optimize performance.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in mobile performance marketing, including management of budgets exceeding $1M per month
- Demonstrated success scaling user acquisition for mobile apps in Tier 1 markets
- Deep understanding of performance channels including paid social, programmatic, and CPA networks
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in key metrics such as LTV, CPA, and EROI
- Hands-on experience with tracking and analytics platforms like AppsFlyer, Firebase, and App Annie
- Ability to manage multiple products or apps simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Russian (B2 or higher) with strong written and verbal communication skills
