What You'll Do
Drive sustainable revenue growth across China by shaping and executing a focused commercial strategy. Guide senior team leads in Sales, Account Management, and Ad Operations, setting clear performance benchmarks and ensuring disciplined execution. Mentor leadership to elevate performance, refine pipeline quality, and expand client value.
Shape the evolution of the regional revenue organization—designing structure, allocating resources, and developing future leaders to scale efficiently with market demands. Analyze competitive trends, customer behavior, and partner dynamics to refine tactics that improve win rates and long-term account health. Use market insights to advocate for product and service enhancements that strengthen market positioning.
Build trusted relationships with key clients and partners to unlock strategic initiatives and reinforce commercial momentum. Represent the company within the regional ecosystem through active engagement and leadership presence, advancing brand credibility and business development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years in leadership roles within digital advertising, ad tech, or performance marketing, with direct accountability for regional revenue and business outcomes
- Proven experience managing cross-functional commercial teams and building operational frameworks that enhance client retention and portfolio performance
- Solid grasp of acquisition and retention strategies in digital advertising environments
- Ability to extract actionable insights from market data and drive implementation with clear ownership
- Strong understanding of revenue-generating functions and the operational foundations they require
- Track record of setting expectations, enforcing accountability, and coaching emerging leaders
- Experience adapting global strategies to local markets in fast-paced, complex environments
- Valid work permit for China required
