Hunt St is hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale profitable customer acquisition across search and paid channels. Your core mission is to turn demand into revenue efficiently and consistently. You will be accountable for traffic quality, conversion outcomes, and growth efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Own technical, on-page, and content-led SEO initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a keyword strategy aligned with player intent and product demand.
- Optimise product pages, collections, and core content for rankings and conversion.
- Manage site hygiene, internal linking, and monitor SEO performance over time.
- Track and report SEO impact on revenue and growth.
- Manage Google Ads across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Manage Meta & Social Media Ads for both prospecting and retargeting initiatives.
- Structure campaigns for scale and efficiency, managing budgets, bids, and creative testing frameworks.
- Optimise campaigns for profit, not platform metrics.
- Manage and optimize the influencer application integration on the website.
- Oversee influencer campaign setup, tracking, and reporting within the app.
- Align influencer campaigns with paid social and performance marketing initiatives.
- Ensure influencer and paid social campaigns use shared campaign structures and objectives.
- Track influencer-driven traffic, conversions, and revenue impact.
- Provide regular performance reporting and insights across influencer and paid channels.
- Ensure clean tracking across GA4, Google Ads, and Meta.
- Diagnose performance issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Produce clear weekly and monthly performance summaries.
- Recommend and execute improvements across the full acquisition funnel.
- Support product launches with demand and keyword insights.
- Collaborate with creative teams and athletes to brief performance-led ad concepts.
- Identify and flag CRO and UX opportunities to improve conversion.
- Capture and maximize branded search and partnership-driven demand.
What We're Looking For
- At least 4 years of SEO and Marketing experience, ideally in eCommerce.
- Proven experience managing Google and Meta ad accounts.
- Experience with Shopify eCommerce platforms.
- Experience with CRO and landing page optimization, briefing and evaluating ad creative.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Clear understanding of funnels, attribution, and CAC.
- Comfortable making decisions based on imperfect data.
- Ability to connect traffic, user behaviour, and revenue insights.

Compensation
