Melotech is looking for a Performance Marketing (Intern) to fuel our mission of reaching every person on the planet. Your role is to master scalable performance marketing across all major platforms, working autonomously to answer critical questions about ad dominance, conversion, and scaling with AI.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand, targeting, and content strategy optimized for paid marketing
- Set up and manage thousands of promotional campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms
- Build and scale creative production workflows to generate endless content variations with AI
- Optimize campaign performance through large-scale A/B testing to maximize reach, conversion, and revenue
- Stay ahead of trends across social media platforms to lead the curve in creatives
- Build comprehensive libraries of visual assets, prompts, and workflows for rapid content iteration
- Manage partners in a scalable yet productive manner
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize processes, systems, and outputs
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on performance marketing experience
- Proficiency across Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads
- Proven track record managing campaigns and conducting large-scale A/B testing on audio/video content
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret streaming data and make rapid campaign optimization decisions
- Self-directed approach thriving in fast-paced, metric-driven environments focused on cultural impact
- Hard-working, ambitious, and persistent
- Obsessed with music, video, or social media
Nice to Have
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- Performance marketing experience in the creative industry or entertainment marketing
