BuzzyBooth.com is hiring a Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing Lead to drive scalable growth. You will own key channels and initiatives, working directly to support customer acquisition and retention in our fast-moving startup environment.
What You'll Do
- Launch, test, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram weekly.
- Constantly work to lower CPL and improve ROAS.
- Create and manage automated email and SMS nurture sequences for leads.
- Maintain high email deliverability and improve open/click rates.
- Write high-converting copy for ads, landing pages, email sequences, scripts, and short-form content.
- Rewrite, iterate, and test multiple versions of copy.
- Track KPIs daily/weekly and perform analytics and optimization.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in a performance marketing or growth role.
- Proven experience running Facebook/Instagram campaigns.
- A strong copywriting portfolio.
- Comfortable with analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, GA4, basic spreadsheets).
- Experience with email automation platforms.
