Webflow is hiring a Performance Marketing Consultant on a six-month, project-based contract to strategically improve our paid acquisition engine. You’ll increase scale and efficiency across multiple paid channels to fuel growth at our remote-first company, built on a mission to bring development superpowers to everyone.
What You'll Do
- Support campaign setup, daily management, and budget pacing to ensure efficient spend and strong performance
- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across key channels including Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and other digital platforms
- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations
- Assist in building and maintaining campaign reporting dashboards in tools such as Google Sheets, Tableau, or similar
- Collaborate with the growth team to execute A/B tests and channel experiments that improve conversion and ROI
- Partner with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad assets for improved engagement and click-through rates
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience
- Deep hands-on expertise in paid social, preferably in high-growth B2B or SaaS environments
- Ability to analyze campaign data, extract insights, and refine campaign strategies
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization, A/B testing, and funnel performance metrics
- Knowledge of attribution models and analytical tools such as Tableau, Amplitude, and Segment
- Practical skills in Excel, Google Sheets, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and Python
