MrFluffyFriend is hiring a Performance Marketer to own and profitably scale Meta advertising campaigns for our direct-to-consumer pet brand. This is a remote, freelance role where you’ll have end-to-end ownership of markets, from creative ideation to scaling and profit optimization, with compensation tied directly to performance.
What You'll Do
- Scale Meta campaigns from 3-figure to 5-figure daily spend profitably.
- Build and test converting ad angles and creative concepts.
- Collaborate with the CRO and Creative team to synchronize funnel messaging.
- Use AI tools for ad research, creative iteration, and copy testing.
- Spot early patterns such as creative fatigue, audience decay, and scaling opportunities.
- Manage the ad account with an ownership mindset, treating it as your own business.
What We're Looking For
- Proven record managing Meta budgets of €100,000+ per month for D2C e-commerce.
- Deep understanding of direct response psychology and customer motivation.
- Actively engaged on X, Slack, and forums discussing current marketing trends.
- Strong grasp of creative testing frameworks, hooks, and messaging angles.
- Analytical and creative, equally obsessed with numbers and narrative.
- Self-directed, reliable, and think like an owner, not an employee.
- Fluent in English and available to work within CEST hours.

Team & Environment
You'll join a team of 11-50 employees with direct access to founders and the CRO—no middle layers. You will report directly to the Founders/CRO.
