Curewiki is hiring a Performance Marketer to lead paid marketing strategy and execution across digital channels. Your work will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, directly impacting how people discover and interact with our mission to empower individuals to take control of their health.

What You'll Do

• Own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
• Set and track performance KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, and CAC, aligned with growth goals.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance weekly, turning data into actionable insights.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and funnels to continuously improve performance.
• Manage and oversee paid media campaigns in terms of budget.
• Forecast potential campaign opportunities.
• Manage your ad-spend with a test-learn-scale mindset.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay current on platform changes and industry trends.
• Recommend new tools, platforms, and tactics to grow reach and improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Analytical Thinking: You know how to break down data, spot trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Channel Expertise: Proven experience running and scaling paid campaigns across major digital platforms.
