Thrive Digital is hiring a Performance Manager to join our Performance Marketing department. You will drive project excellence by implementing growth strategies, solving complex problems, and fostering team development to ensure Thrive remains an industry leader. You’ll oversee the success of some of our highest priority brands and partnerships, ranging from household names to brands in early growth stages.
What You'll Do
- Solve client challenges with innovative performance marketing solutions, advocate for team member career growth, and contribute to agency-wide thought leadership.
- Lead teams in research, media planning, and strategic roadmaps across our largest brands, mobilizing internal teams from inception through hands-on execution, optimization, and stakeholder reporting.
- Improve client success standards by championing exceptional service, solving project issues, and advising on workflow and resource management.
- Lead strategic conversations with our largest clients one-on-one, proactively monitoring sentiment to address challenges and opportunities.
- Enhance the Performance department’s expertise by mentoring and managing team members through upskilling, training content, and workshops.
- Develop other leaders and address role performance challenges proactively and appropriately.
- Make significant contributions to people and projects by solving complex problems, coordinating support, and aligning with stakeholders.
- Lead company-level conversations and initiatives, getting buy-in and collaborating cross-functionally to keep us on the leading edge of performance marketing.
What We're Looking For
- Experience planning and executing multi-channel, full-funnel performance marketing campaigns with media spends exceeding $500k USD per month, delivering positive ROI across platforms like Meta, Search, YouTube, Programmatic, and TikTok.
- Proven ability mobilizing and leading teams of 5-10, providing direct management, training, and strategic guidance to develop junior members into management roles.
- Expertise building and customizing dashboards using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, or Tableau to streamline reporting and analyze performance data against key business objectives.
- Track record developing or improving internal initiatives or processes that have been adopted company-wide, elevating performance standards.
- Experience driving performance media strategy across diverse business verticals, successfully leading pacing, forecasting, and reporting, and communicating strategies to senior stakeholders including C-Suite executives.
- Successfully managed client relationships with multiple stakeholders, delivering strategic recommendations, resolving complex situations, and gaining buy-in through clear communication.
