Requirements
- Proven experience in employee training, coaching, and performance management, preferably in a field-based environment.
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles and best practices.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiar with Asset Living’s primary property management software systems (Entrata, RealPage, and Yardi).
Nice to Have
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM)
