Responsibilities

  • Design high-performing visual assets for digital advertising and landing pages
  • Use A/B testing insights to refine and optimize creative elements
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to align design with campaign goals
  • Develop creative concepts based on data and user behavior analysis
  • Produce variations of ads and UI components for multivariate testing
  • Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Translate marketing objectives into effective visual solutions
  • Work within agile timelines to support ongoing campaign needs
  • Create responsive designs for mobile and desktop platforms
  • Iterate on creative based on performance metrics and feedback
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously
  • Ensure all assets meet technical specifications for digital platforms
  • Support the development of scalable design systems
  • Contribute to creative strategy sessions with cross-functional teams
