Responsibilities
- Lead functional components during PeopleSoft FSCM system upgrades, PUM cycles, and production enhancements
- Develop and manage comprehensive test plans, including coordinating user acceptance testing with business stakeholders
- Utilize PeopleSoft Query and nVision to generate reports and conduct data analysis for finance, procurement, grants, and project teams
- Oversee IT engagement for PeopleSoft FSCM, balancing managed services and project-based delivery models
- Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising functional analysts, developers, DBAs, infrastructure, and security specialists
- Manage the complete PeopleSoft lifecycle, including PUM updates, tool and application upgrades, regression testing, cutover strategies, governance, risk oversight, and stakeholder updates
- Direct technical aspects of PeopleSoft system upgrades, PUM rollouts, and integration projects
- Apply PeopleTools and standard lifecycle management methodologies
- Conduct regression and performance testing using the PeopleSoft Test Framework
- Enforce coding standards, version control, and continuous integration and delivery practices
- Collaborate closely with functional, security, and infrastructure teams throughout project execution
