About the Role

This role is responsible for shaping culture, improving talent processes, and aligning people strategy with business goals in a high-velocity environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of talent acquisition strategies

  • Oversee HR technology systems and data integrity
  • Coordinate learning and development programs
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related issues
  • Develop exit interview processes to capture retention insights
  • Support internal mobility and career pathing
  • Manage HR operations including recordkeeping and reporting
  • Lead annual review cycles and compensation planning
  • Promote psychological safety and inclusive team dynamics
  • Evaluate vendor partnerships for HR services
  • Drive employer branding initiatives
  • Ensure alignment between values and people practices
  • Respond to employee inquiries with empathy and professionalism
