About the Role
Lead and optimize global People Ops processes by building scalable systems, automating workflows, and improving data accuracy across HRIS and internal tools. Drive efficiency, support employee lifecycle management, and enable growth in high-priority regions through ownership and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end global employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and status changes.
- Proactively identify and eliminate manual tasks to increase operational efficiency.
- Develop and refine automated workflows across HRIS platforms, messaging systems, and internal applications.
- Design and deploy scalable automation solutions to support growing organizational needs.
- Support audit readiness for HRIS data integrity, compliance, and security standards such as SOC2.
- Assist with administration of global benefits programs and resolution of employee inquiries.
- Respond quickly to employee questions through centralized communication channels, with attention to urgency and sensitivity.
- Process employee leave requests in compliance with policy and maintain accurate, current records.
- Track and analyze workforce engagement and turnover trends, providing data-driven insights.
