Responsibilities
- Lifecycle Mastery: Lead and refine core employee lifecycle stages, including onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding. You’ll ensure every transition is compliant, data-driven, and delivers a premium experience
- Process Engineering: Document and optimize People Ops workflows. You won’t just follow a checklist; you’ll identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve team efficiency
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the operational lead in meetings with Finance, IT, Legal, and Payroll to ensure handoffs are seamless and global expansion efforts are supported
- Global Mobility & Compliance: Partner with external counsel and internal teams to manage visas, relocations, and right-to-work compliance (including I-9s and international equivalents)
- Data Integrity & Reporting: Own the "source of truth" in our HRIS. You will conduct regular audits, handle Tier 2 reporting requests (including compensation and equity data), and ensure we are 100% audit-ready
- Employee Advocacy: Provide rapid, high-touch support for employee inquiries, resolving issues with empathy, speed, and a focus on long-term resolution; including managing of People team ticketing system (JIRA)
- Statutory Compliance: Manage mandatory reporting (e.g., EEO-1, gender pay gap, or regional labor surveys) and ensure all employment documentation meets local regulatory standards
- Program Ownership: Execute and own timelines and deliverables for People programs such as performance reviews and cultural initiatives
- Support Vendor Management
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment
- Lifecycle Ownership: Proven track record of managing onboarding and offboarding.
- System Savvy: Quick adopter of new systems and technologies
- Analytical Mindset: You enjoy digging into data to find inconsistencies and are comfortable using Google Sheets to organize information
- Adaptability: The ability to stay organized and maintain a high level of accuracy while juggling multiple priorities in an ambiguous environment
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex processes to stakeholders at all levels
- Discretion: Absolute integrity when handling sensitive compensation and personal data
Nice to Have
- Global Perspective: Experience managing employees through EOR/PEO models across EMEA and North America
- Tech Stack Fluency: Proficiency with tools like Ashby (ATS), HiBob, Slack, and Jira
- Automation Focus: Experience using HRIS workflows to automate manual tasks
- Project Management: Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end HR project implementations
