Shape the global employee experience by managing essential operations that support a distributed workforce. As the People Operations Specialist, you’ll oversee key moments in the employee journey—from onboarding and relocations to offboarding and global engagements—ensuring each step aligns with organizational values and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of employee lifecycle events across regions, including onboarding, promotions, internal moves, and separations
- Guide employees through visa and immigration procedures to support seamless work location transitions
- Serve as the main liaison with Employer of Record partners in Europe, ensuring compliance and smooth coordination
- Collaborate with the People team to refine onboarding for both remote and office-based hires
- Coordinate global team events, offsites, and internal celebrations to strengthen connections across locations
- Oversee operations for physical offices in Estonia and Europe, and provide remote support for North American locations
- Maintain safe, functional, and values-aligned workspaces—physical and virtual
- Manage budgets related to office operations, employee perks, and branded materials
- Supervise vendor relationships to ensure quality service and cost efficiency
What We’re Looking For
You bring 3+ years of experience in People Operations or Workplace Experience, with a track record of supporting global teams across cultures and time zones. You’re skilled in project management, especially for complex processes like international relocations or large-scale events. Fluency in both English and Estonian is essential.
