Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Maintain up-to-date employee records in HR information systems
- Support employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and employment documentation
- Coordinate employment verifications and background checks
- Assist with processing employment changes, including promotions and role transitions
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and data privacy standards
- Administer employee documentation for I-9 and employment eligibility verification
- Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Track employee leave balances and manage related requests
- Support performance review cycles with administrative coordination
- Organize and maintain personnel files in accordance with retention policies
- Assist in the rollout of HR initiatives and internal campaigns
- Facilitate offboarding procedures for departing employees
- Generate reports on workforce metrics and HR operations
- Help maintain company policies and employee handbooks
- Coordinate with managers on employment actions and documentation
- Ensure consistent application of HR processes across departments
- Respond to internal and external audit requests related to HR data
- Support employee engagement efforts through operational planning
- Monitor HR workflows for accuracy and process improvements
