Join Intellistack as a People Operations Specialist and be the force that keeps our people operations running smoothly and scaling smartly. You will own the day-to-day operations of our HR technology and serve as the first line of support for employee questions.
What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day operations of our HR tech stack.
- Serve as the first line of support for employee questions—fast, friendly, and accurate.
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows that eliminate manual work and elevate the employee experience.
- Generate reports and insights across compensation, headcount, compliance, and audits.
- Partner with People Business Partners, Finance, and Legal to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes and support lifecycle workflows.
- Audit and optimize system workflows; drive automation that scales with the business.
- Support People projects and programs—from engagement to performance to total rewards.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in People Operations, HR Generalist, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Rippling (required).
- Proven ability to manage high-volume requests with clarity and composure.
- Experience designing or improving workflows using automation or AI.
- A data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and follow-through.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and moving fast without losing accuracy.
Nice to Have
- You’ve used AI to streamline workflows or surface insights.
- Experience supporting global or remote-first teams.
- Exposure to audits, compliance, or policy design.
- Familiarity with Ashby and other HR tech a plus.
