About the Role
This position is responsible for managing day-to-day people operations, including HR administration, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and supporting organizational development across teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding
- Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files
- Support payroll coordination and timesheet verification
- Handle employee inquiries related to policies and benefits
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate performance review cycles with department leads
- Track leave balances and manage time-off requests
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Facilitate internal communication between teams and leadership
- Organize company events and team engagement initiatives
- Support recruitment logistics including scheduling and onboarding documentation
- Monitor employee retention and recommend improvements
- Administer employee benefits programs and answer related questions
- Maintain and update the employee handbook
- Conduct regular audits of HR data and systems
- Partner with managers on staffing needs and headcount planning
- Track workforce metrics and generate reports
- Support workplace safety and health initiatives
- Manage employment verifications and reference checks
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts
- Ensure consistent application of company policies
- Lead HR projects related to process improvement
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Support learning and development coordination
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
