Responsibilities
- Design and refine the complete people operations and talent acquisition technology stack, using AI agents as the core mechanism for executing onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle changes, and recruitment workflows.
- Develop and deploy autonomous AI agents to fully manage repetitive tasks such as onboarding coordination, compliance documentation, offer letter creation, interview coordination, and initial employee inquiries.
- Implement AI systems to monitor and maintain HR compliance across six international regions, with automated alerts for regulatory shifts and entity-specific obligations.
- Create AI-driven analytics and reporting tools that deliver live dashboards, hiring pipeline intelligence, and operational performance metrics for leadership use without manual requests.
- Operate the HRIS, ATS, and related people technologies as a unified, AI-enhanced ecosystem, prioritizing API-first and agent-compatible tools over traditional feature-based evaluations.
- Enhance talent acquisition with AI for accurate hiring pipeline forecasting, data accuracy, and funnel analysis, working closely with hiring managers to adopt AI-powered tracking methods.
- Manage benefits administration and vendor relationships for the US entity, using AI to simplify enrollment, automate eligibility checks, and generate insights on benefits usage.
- Apply AI to proactively improve the employee experience by identifying potential pain points and deploying automated workflows to resolve issues before they require support.
- Lead the documentation of people operations processes using AI-readable formats that support both human understanding and agent execution.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Legal teams through AI-augmented workflows for headcount planning, system access, and contract and policy administration.
- Mentor the people team in AI literacy, agent design, and automation practices, demonstrating a modern, AI-first approach to HR operations.
- Oversee AI governance within the people function, ensuring ethical, compliant use of AI tools and protection of sensitive employee and candidate data globally.
