dltHub is looking for a People Operations Manager to join our team. This role sits at the heart of our growing company, running and improving day-to-day people operations while actively shaping our culture. You'll be instrumental in connecting our Berlin headquarters with our expanding US team and driving key initiatives from recruiting to employee experience.
What You'll Do
- Run and improve our day-to-day people operations, ensuring smooth processes across the company.
- Shape and strengthen culture by building bridges between our Berlin HQ and growing US team.
- Drive recruiting end-to-end: sourcing, interviewing, and helping us hire the right people at the right time.
- Plan and organize team events and off-sites that connect people and reinforce our values.
- Lead special projects like ESOP rollout and other high-impact people initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years in people operations roles with increasing responsibility.
- Previous experience in a start-up or small company (under 50 employees).
- You are hands-on, proactive, and ready to jump into both strategic and operational tasks.
- Solid experience with remote HR practices.
- Curious and willing to learn more about US–DE HR frameworks.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through.
- At least B2 German and fluent English skills.
- Based in Berlin and able to work regularly from our office.

- Prior exposure to US-specific HR processes and compliance.
