What You'll Do
Support every stage of the employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring each transition is seamless and compliant. Handle changes related to roles, compensation, and employment status with precision and care.
Respond to employee inquiries promptly, guiding requests to resolution while maintaining clear, consistent communication. Play a key role in audit readiness by maintaining accurate, up-to-date personnel records and documentation in line with legal standards.
Collaborate with departments including Payroll, Legal, IT, and Finance to securely manage sensitive employee data. Work alongside technical teams to identify inefficiencies in systems and processes, then help implement practical improvements.
Track project progress methodically and deliver regular updates to leadership. Lead the rollout of compliance training initiatives in coordination with legal and IT teams, following up to ensure timely completion across the organization.
Requirements
You bring at least five years of experience managing People Operations programs, with a track record of owning and executing complex administrative workflows. You work independently with strong attention to detail, even under high volume.
Proficiency in Excel is essential for reconciling data, generating reports, and auditing information for accuracy. You have a history of modernizing outdated processes to improve team efficiency and reduce manual work.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with external vendors is required. You’ve administered B2B contracts and managed global employment through PEO/EOR arrangements. Immigration case oversight and adherence to work authorization rules are part of your background.
